You know I always wondered if there was something in life that I could never live without. When I was young I had a very naive look and picked something material and childish, but now I look at that question and have an answer that I would die defending and go insane without. That answer is my family, without a doubt, that's something I not only couldn't live without but don't want to live without. I've just purchased the book "The Road" by Cormac McCarthy. I've only skimmed through the first few pages but the descriptive telling of such a bleak and dismal setting. Its a story of a father and son who are traveling South, against the environment and the unknown. I've only read 8 percent (via the kindle) but there's death, despair and I'm sure there are much more parts of intense moments to come. Which brings me to my next question, who would you have by your side when it all comes crashing down...?
